Alumni Registration Form

Welcome to the registration page for our esteemed alumni. Please take a few moments to fill out the form below.

The alumni records can be edited later using your Alumni ID and Verification code which will be provided to all approved Alumni registrations.

Before filling up the form, please read the following:

1. This page is only for Initial Registration of our ex-Students of DPS Dhanbad
2. The activities involving Alumni will be shared separately through a different communication
3. Please mention your Admission Number for verification. This is mandatory for validating your records. Please mention as AdmnNo/Year eg. 23456/18
4. Please fill in the enclosed form – Mandatory fields are depicted in Red Asterisks.
5. Your current Passport size photograph is required to be uploaded. Please be ready with a soft copy of not more than 200 KB in size (Only in JPG/JPEG format) before starting the Registration process.
6. Alumni ID will be provided only to students whose records are matching with our old school records. The school reserves the right to reject any case if the alumni had been barred from school earlier or the data provided does not match any of the old records.
7. We are collecting a token non-refundable Rs. 1000 per Alumni towards building up of the Alumni community. Post filling of the form, we will be validating the records. Confirmed students will be shared a link which will enable them to complete the Alumni records and complete the payment process to enable us issue Alumni ID for your future use.
8. All successful payment cases will receive communication indicating the Initial Registration number and Verification code using which Alumni can update their records anytime.
